What is your marketing budget?

How much budget do I have to list my properties on portals?
Budgets are managed on a team basis. There is no fixed limit, as long as the property listings are valid and marketable.
When do you start the visa process?
We initiate the visa process within seven days of your joining date, provided all required documents are submitted and complete.
Do you cover the cost of the RERA card?
Agents are required to pay a standard fee for their RERA card. However, The Ark Real Estate handles the processing of both your visa and RERA application.
Do you provide a company car?
We currently do not provide company cars, but it is something we may consider in the future as we continue to grow.

We ensure commission payments are made on time, at the end of each month—once the commission amount has been received in The Ark Real Estate’s bank account.
Do you provide a personal assistant?
Each team is supported by a Team Coordinator and an Admin Assistant who help with administrative tasks.
Do you provide mobile data and call services?
Yes, we provide our agents with a company SIM card, landline, and access to advanced communication tools.
Do you hire freelancers?
We work with Business Introducers (BIs) through formal referral agreements.
Can I work with The Ark Real Estate if I’m on a partner visa?
According to UAE law, individuals on a partner visa are not eligible to obtain a RERA card to work as a property advisor.
Do you provide a visa?
Yes, all of our employees are sponsored under The Ark Real Estate visa.
