JOB OVERVIEW:
Our client is a Real Estate Development firm in Lagos specializing in creating high-quality residential properties. They are known for their innovative designs and commitment to excellence. They are looking for independent, results-driven Sales Executive to promote, attract, source, and close sales deals for our off-plan developments.
The ideal candidates must possess a strong network, sales expertise, and a proven track record in off-plan sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote, attract, source, and close sales deals for assigned off-plan developments
- Utilize existing contacts and clientele to drive sales
- Develop and maintain an independent social media presence to promote assigned portfolio
- Achieve sales targets and take responsibility for assigned developments
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales of off-plan developments
- Proven sales track record and network
- Strong social media strategy and independent work page
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
