- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive team performance and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of real estate agents, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team productivity.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and economic trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track team performance, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of market analysis, property valuation, and investment strategies to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing real estate team.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Punjabi, Gujrati, Spanish or Mandarin are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, essential for building relationships and closing deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex real estate situations effectively.
